Little Soirées agrees to provide goods and services to the Client for your event on an agreed service date, time, and location.  A deposit payment may be requested to secure the agreed service date, time, and location. The supply of these goods and services are bound by the following terms and conditions.

Immediate and online 24 hours in advance

Payment for set events

Payment in full is required 3 business days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

As items and date are reserved for your event and includes any cost of goods already sourced and purchased for your event and not limited to production of items prior to your event, deposits or any payments are non-refundable if the goods and services are cancelled within 48 hours of the service date for any reasons whatsoever.

Security Bond, Other Fees

If Little Soirées hires installation equipment as part of its supply of goods or services, a bond maybe charged.  This bond will be refunded in full to the client on return or collection of the equipment if the equipment is in the same condition as when hired, less fair wear and tear.  If said equipment is damaged or unclean, the bond will be refunded less cost of repair, replacement, or cleaning of equipment.


As we are a GST registered company all prices quoted are subject to GST.


Little Soirées employees, subcontractors and agents shall not be liable (except to the extent that liability under statute or by operation of law cannot be excluded) to any person or Company for any loss, liability, damage or expense arising directly or indirectly from or connected in any way with the supply of goods and services from Little Soirées.  This includes any overloading, exceeding rated capacity, misuse, or abuse of the Equipment by the Client and the Client agrees to keep Little Soirées indemnified in respect thereof.


The Client shall arrange its own insurance with regards to its own premises or use of goods or services supplied by Little Soirées.


We photograph all our events and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. Please inform us via email if you would prefer not to have photographs taken. Please refer to the privacy policy for all details.


Our hire items are not weatherproof including but not limited to Arbours, Flower Walls, Backdrops, Shimmer Walls, Acrylic displays, balloon stands and balloon frames. Little Soirées is in no way responsible for the outside intemperate weather conditions. We will NOT setup any of the hire items outdoors if it is sprinkling, raining and or windy conditions. Not only do we want to protect our hire items, this is also due to the safety of our staff for the setup and pack down of the hire items and the safety of our clients and guests during bad weather conditions. Little Soirées and staff reserve the right to make this decision upon arrival of your event, in the instance it is sprinkling, raining and or windy conditions we will work with the client, venue or the person representing the client to find an indoor alternative. If there is no indoor alternative, Little Soirées and staff reserve the right to cancel the booking with NO REFUND on the final balance, as the items and date were reserved for your event and includes any cost of good items already sourced and purchased for your event.
